Along side this is the open kitchen where culinary maestros carefully prepare a menu using only regional produce. Travel downstairs and you'll discover a basement bar with an impressive range of Australian spirits. The incredibly exciting, multi-faceted establishment is located within the heritage listed NewActon pavilion which was destroyed by fire in 2011.
